    PRIOR TO ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN

    As a commercial general contractor committed to capturing our client's vision, Loder Construction will develop an overall conceptual design and floor plans by connecting that vision to our expertise in construction. This in-house process assists with all aspects of the design and construction process and allows our team to share our client’s visions and assist with the entire building process. With this plan in place, Loder Construction can produce a preliminary project schedule, budget, and complete entitlement checklist.

    AS DESIGN PROGRESSES

    Loder Construction monitors design professionals' work for conformity to conceptual plan and contractibility. We update both the overall project budget and schedule for review by Client. We provide subcontractor input to avoid potential difficulties during construction. We act on the client’s behalf for hearings required by local jurisdictions.

    ONCE A PROJECT PLAN IS FINALIZED

    We excel at commercial build project management, ensuring that all pieces of the project are in order as preparations commence. Licensed professionals produce construction documents which meet all project criteria set forth previously. Loder Construction sets construction milestones and project phasing. We facilitate permitting through local building departments and sends bid requests to qualified subcontractors. Once received, we review bids with Client for award decisions.
